I get extremely anxious going to the dentist, I am new to the WA area and I am very pleased with my first visit with Thurston Dental. I found the front desk very helpful over the phone and at check in kind, efficient and welcoming. The atmosphere in the lobby is calming and quiet. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth did a phenomenal job, she was gentle and down to earth and had answers to all my questions! Dr. Sapp is as good as they come! Super chill, easy to talk to and made me feel at ease without even trying! I can't recommend this clinic enough!!!!!

So, I recently finished the process of getting a tooth implant -the one that required a bone graft and three months of healing. It's been a couple of days since the tooth was finally put in and at this point, I'm very happy with it. Everyone involved, Dr. Sapp and various assistants, were well skilled and sometimes even tenacious in crafting what was needed in the moment, maybe the modeling process, maybe assuring correct bite. I like the way it looks, feels and performs. During the initial model-making appointment, the assistant, at one point, was behind me woking at the computer while I was watching the underwater tropical fish scene on a monitor in front go me. I realized I had a question about whether or not fish could blink. I mentioned my question not expecting an answer, just wondering out loud. About 15 seconds later she answered it! They can't, She had looked it up! There was a short chuckle about learning something new. -Above and beyond ; ) I've been coming to Thurston Dental for several years, usually for teeth cleanings with hygienist, Shellie, and always find this office comfortable, friendly and easy-going. I highly recommend this office.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office while I was visiting from out of town. I developed a cavity that needed prompt attention, and they went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Sapp took the time to explain everything, treated my cavity quickly and painlessly, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I'm incredibly grateful for their kindness, flexibility, and exceptional care. If you're looking for a dentist who truly puts patients first, I highly recommend this office!

I have been to many different dentists in my life, and this is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, and they keep you informed on the procedures that they will be doing. Dr. Sapp is friendly, funny and thorough. He makes sure you will be comfortable as he does a procedure. I highly recommend.
